Love the necklace - Don't love the customer service.

This necklace is super cute I get compliments on it all the time. However, this was NOT pre-order and it took like three months to arrive which is ridiculous. The customer service of this brand is awful, nobody responded and I reached out to them like three times. It's a cute necklace and I like their jewelry, but I won't be shopping here again.
