  • All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day—YAY! Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Custom and fine jewelry orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks—they’re so worth the wait. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery!

International Orders: The Details

  • International shipping time is determined at checkout. We provide low cost, reliable shipping via DHL!
  • All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day—WOO! Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery
  • Custom and fine jewelry orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks, so please be patient angels. Allow 7-10 business days after shipping for delivery!
  • Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities! Please check their website for more info.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Heaven-Sent Return Policy

Need to return or exchange your FS order? We offer our angels returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, with the exception of our fine jewelry. All FS Fine pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged! We offer a six month guarantee on all of our jewels, so if any of your pieces tarnish, please email us with your order # and a photo of the jewelry item that needs to be exchanged!


If you return your order within 15 days of delivery date, you have options angels!

  • Store credit AND $10 off your order if you exchange right away
  • Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid
  • Refund on your original payment method, minus a $5 restocking fee

If you return your order within 30 days of delivery date, you still have options!

  • Store credit AND $10 off your order if you exchange right away
  • Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid

There are only a couple exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are final, but don’t worry—they can be exchanged for store credit
  • Custom items and fine jewelry are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!
