In the event that USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS misplaces or loses your order, we are happy to send a replacement—unless your order contained fine jewelry. For all missing fine jewelry orders, we will conduct an investigation with the shipping service to determine if the product can be replaced.

Custom jewels can be canceled ONLY within 48 hours of placing the order, because they are each handmade and individually personalized! If you placed a custom order over the weekend, the cancellation request must be made on the following Monday. For fine jewelry, no cancellations, returns or exchanges are allowed—thank you in advance for understanding.

All of our pieces with a waterproof label are considered tarnish-resistant and waterproof! Through our special PVD process, our jewels are plated with a thick coating of 14k gold and a premium e-coating. This new ion plating allows our jewels to pass the waterproof test.
All of our pieces without a waterproof label are made from brass and zinc, and are coated in a thick 14k gold plating that's made to last! While we consider our waterproof-labeled jewels to be more durable and tarnish-resistant than the rest, we consider all our pieces to be water resistant and we stand behind their heavenly quality.
All of our fine jewelry pieces with the 14k gold label are made from solid 14k gold and will not tarnish!
As a rule of thumb, we recommend keeping all of our pieces away from liquids, oils and lotions to keep the color of the plating intact. We offer a six month guarantee on all of our jewels, so if any of your pieces tarnish, please email email@example.com with your order # and a photo of the jewelry item that needs to be exchanged!
