it looks good as soon as you put it on but after wearing it for about 10 minutes the two chains start to twist up in each other which gets pretty annoying. I wore it in water pretty often and it did eventually start to tarnish, however it held up very well. it also turned more of a muted tone instead of cooper like most tarnishing gold which makes the tarnishing less noticeable.
